Had a fabulous stay! The front desk staff exceeded my expectations, providing helpful tips for my local exploration. The room was spacious and well-appointed. Pro tip, skip the Birch Grill for breakfast. there are plenty of nearby diners that offer better options!

The pool area felt chilly, the HVAC struggled to maintain comfort, and multiple maintenance issues tarnished the experience!!! The airport shuttle service was frustratingly unreliable, and a lack of refrigerators and microwaves in rooms was disappointing!!!

Awesome place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an indoor swimming pool. I fondly remember how the staff helped with dining options during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will return for a holiday.

Outstanding staff, clean room.

I recently stayed in a King Room for 2 nights, and while the room was perfectly clean and comfortable, the service at the restaurant was rather distant during breakfast. The complimentary warm cookie upon check-in was such a lovely treat, and I truly enjoyed the tasty meals, but the A/C issues were disappointing. Overall, I would consider returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool area was fantastic for our two small kids. they had an absolute blast! We also visited Woodfield Mall, which was conveniently close and made for an easy family outing during our trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast pricing was steep for families. It would be great to see more family-friendly dining options available.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very conveniently placed just over 1 km from the Busse Woods Trail System, perfect for a nice, scenic walk, and I also loved that LEGOLAND Discovery Center Chicago was just a short drive away, making it easy to visit a fun spot during my trip.
